Welcome to Alternative Travel Services. We are a small host agency run by former Sandals BDM and top producer for DestinationWeddings.com, Lars Federhar and former ASTA President and BDM for ALG Vacations and Director of Sales Insight Vacations, Chris Russo.
Alternative Travel Services gives you access to all of these great benefits through our association with Travel Leaders Network to keep our advisors front and center. We are also real people that believe in working together to achieve mutual success. With one on one mentoring and team meetings we want to give you the best host experience out there.
We offer the IATA Card once you meet the requirements and also the CLIA Card depending on which you prefer. We have many FAM opportunities and an annual conference put on by Travel Leaders that our team members take the chance to meet at.
We have a very simple structure for commissions and fees.
80pct commission split for the advisor
$500 one time set up fee
$10 per month CRM fee
