Q. How much does a travel agent cost?

A.  We charge a one-time consulting fee starting at $40.  If you feel like you did not receive a value for your consulting fee, I will put it towards your final payment for any trip that is booked. 

Q. Why should I use a travel agent?

A. We do so much more than booking your trip. We are there for you before your trip, during your trip, and even after your return. When booking with us, you know you are dealing with only one person and we will do everything we can to make sure you have the trip of a lifetime. We have the experience, the connections, and the knowledge that you will not receive if you choose to book on your own. 

Q. What kind of travel do you sell?

A. We handle everything from Destination Weddings with 200 guests to small family trips to Disney World and everything in between. Anywhere that you want to go, we can get you there. 

Do you book hotels and/or car rentals in the US?

A.  Yes! Taking a small trip locally? We can help make your arrangements for that as well. We can bundle together hotels, car rentals, and airfare. 

Q. Do you book house rentals?

A. We do. We can book house rentals within the states and outside the US. 

Q. What if I like to do my own research?

A. If you’re the person who likes to do your own research and handle it yourself, no problem! We can be here to help you book, give destination advice, answer any questions you might have, and reach out to companies for you when you need help. Let us help you!

Q. What if I find a lower price somewhere else?

A. If you find a lower price, let us know! We will do everything we can to match that pricing or get you more value for the cost. 

Q. Do I get a better deal packaging land and air?

A. Yes, if flights are available, then it is typically cheaper to package together flights, hotels, transfers, etc. 

Q. Why shouldn’t I use an OTA (Online Travel Agency), like Expedia or

A. If booking with an OTA, the service that you receive will be minimal. Contacting an OTA is nearly impossible and if anything goes wrong you will not get the help you need. There is no ease of cancelling or moving dates, etc. You will not receive possible room upgrades, or have anybody there to support you. When booking through us, you will deal with one person and if you ever need anything you can just pick up the phone and ask. 

Q. Will I get my reward points if I book with you?

A. Sometimes yes and sometimes no. If I book directly with the company, you will get your reward points. However, if I book through a separate company to get you better pricing, you may not receive your reward points but will be worth it for the better rates.
