I have more than 18 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Before opening my agency in January 2016, I was a Regional Business Development Manager for Sandals and Beaches Resorts.
While working for them, I got to travel extensively all over the Caribbean and Mexico as well as the US. I worked closely with travel agents across the county in training them on how to sell and market their agency. After two years of working with them, I realized that I could bring something completely different to the table for my clients, hence me opening Alternative Travel Services.
Prior to working for Sandals and Beaches Resorts, I have been a national sales manager for several transportation companies, a corporate sales manager for Red Lion Hotels and a catering and convention service manager for Hyatt Hotels as well as two internships at Walt Disney World.
My wife and I are lucky to have a 8-year-old daughter, and we travel extensively with her. We understand the challenges of traveling with children and will assist you in making it as easy as possible. I am also a Special Needs Group Certified Accessible Travel Advocate. I also have several clients with disabilities and have planned extensive trips for them around the world.
